Restaurant Catherine the Great, the main restaurant, makes us travel in time to taste the dishes inspired by the original menus served at the St Petersburg Winter Palace for the Emperors. At Restaurant Catherine the Great you will discover a rich pallet of tastes of the Russian imperial cuisine exclusively revived for you by Head Chef, Vladimir Grishukov.

The panoramic terrace overlooking the historic part of the city is located on the top floor of the Official Hotel of the State Hermitage Museum. Tents and cozy sofas surrounded by flowers and spicy greens await guests - hotel guests and all comers.
