Located on the 1st floor of the hotel, Fusion offers exciting cuisines in an elegant and refined setting. Our relaxed all-day dining restaurant is one of the hotel’s most popular venues. Offering guests a choice of creative à la Carte menus, a buffet and delicious desserts in a friendly atmosphere, there really is something for everyone. What’s more, our culinary team is all set to offer great options of kids’ meals to delight children.

Every day, our international culinary team presents a series of creative signature dishes to entice discerning gourmands, which showcase a wide range of international cuisine and Pan Asian dishes. To complete the experience, there are plenty of daily desserts ranging from delicious international classics to wonderful Asian specialties.

It also offers an elegantly presented and highly popular afternoon tea including an extensive range of decadently delicious cakes that can be enjoyed with a cup of freshly brewed coffee or tea. One can also purchase a whole cake or a selection of sliced cakes for special occasions from our restaurant.

Restaurant "Baker & Spice"

Baker & Spice is a local homegrown, award-winning food shop and restaurant with multiple locations across The Arabian Gulf. Baker and Spice first opened in Dubai in 2008, swiftly becoming an inspiration for sustainable, locally sourced cooking, all over the region.

Baker & Spice ethos has always been focused on artisan food. At root that means cooking everything from scratch with the best locally available ingredients possible. Guided by the seasons and ethical principles, our food philosophy is simple: local | organic | fresh | homemade. It's all we do and we do it exceptionally well, in that order. Everything we serve is made from scratch in our kitchens. Our central bakery offers both retail and wholesale services across the region.

During the growing season (October to May), all our vegetables come from local organic farms and you can meet the farmers and shop at The Farmers' Market on the Terrace, our outdoor 'pop-up' farmers market, every Friday and Saturday from 8am to 1pm at Bay Avenue Park in Business Bay.
