Restaurant "Masterchef, The Tv Experience Restaurant"

Under the watchful guidance of Head Chef Margarita Vaamonde, the restaurant’s permanent menu will feature signature dishes that include Truffle and Pea Soup, Quail Bulgur and Figs and Mauritian Style Lobster Curry. In addition to produce, meats, fish, crabs and oysters sourced from local providers, high-quality ingredients will be flown in daily from Europe, Asia, Australia, North America and South America to reflect a menu that is truly globally inspired.

The restaurant’s décor has a very “industrial” feel, with a dynamic open show kitchen that energizes the dining room while allowing guests to experience the chefs and culinary team at work. An interactive “Mystery Box Challenge” welcomes diners to choose from 8 to 10 ingredients brought to their table, which will them be used by the Chefs to cook an “on-the-spot” a meal to be judged by the diners.

The restaurant can also accommodate a range of cooking styles and dietary requests, including Vegetarian/Vegan, Halal/Kosher Options, Gluten Free and Yogi/Healthy/Organic options.
