Restaurant "Tasca"

Located on the sixth floor of Mandarin Oriental Jumeira, Dubai, Tasca is an exciting new restaurant from culinary genius José Avillez. Named after the Portuguese word for tavern, Tasca is José Avillez’s first international opening, following on behind the Michelin-starred Belcanto as well as his other celebrated ventures in Portugal.

Serving genuine Portuguese flavours with a contemporary twist, Tasca’s menu bursts with character and flavour. Complementing the menu is a wine list with the largest selection of Portuguese wines in Dubai as well as a tempting array of craft cocktails.

Boasting spectacular views over Dubai’s glittering skyline on one side and the Arabian Gulf on the other, the restaurant offers both indoor and outdoor dining on a terrace with infinity pool overlooking the Gulf.

Restaurant "Netsu"

Netsu is our Japanese Steakhouse from acclaimed chef Ross Shonhan. Showcasing the traditional Japanese cooking technique of Warayakiya – straw fire cooking – Netsu serves a tantalising menu of Warayakiya style grills, sushi and sashimi platters, and other Japanese style dishes, complemented by stunning interiors and a sophisticated atmosphere.

On balmy nights, take a seat on Netsu’s large terrace surrounded by beautiful candle-lit pools of water where you’ll also find our outside cocktail bar. Inside, diners enjoy an almost theatrical ambience as flames curve around the kitchen counter as our chef torches the straw.

Our complex food menu is complemented by an extensive wine list, featuring approximately 70 labels and a Japanese-inspired signature cocktail list. We also have a dedicated Sake Sommelier who has chosen a premium selection of artisanal sake, served in unique sake pots.

Restaurant "The Bay"

Stop by for breakfast when you can feast from several stations including an egg area, an Indian corner and an Arabic station as well as gluten-free and Paleo options. Or visit for lunch or dinner when you can expect a vibrant, yet welcoming ambience and a menu of international classics.

Bar "The Mandarin Cake Shop"

Let your taste buds be inspired with a trip to The Mandarin Cake Shop, where decadently delicious cakes and exquisite chocolate creations are on offer alongside mouth-watering patisseries, pralines and Arabic sweets.

Available to eat in, in an elegant lounge-style environment or to take home to enjoy, The Mandarin Cake Shop’s creations are almost too beautiful to eat. Made in-house by our highly-skilled and passionate pastry chefs, our cakes, chocolates and sweets are true talking points, and look as incredible as they taste. Ice teas and coffees are available to complete the experience.

Bar "Noor Lounge"

Step into Noor Lounge to be greeted by a canopy of gilded trees and floor to ceiling windows framing the panoramic views of the Arabian Gulf. Situated in the light-filled lobby with an adjoining outside terrace, this relaxing lounge offers a choice of light refreshments, as well as Afternoon Tea, served in a peaceful atmosphere.

Reflecting the Dubai of today with a touch of the Orient, Noor Lounge offers an array of classic teas as well as some Oriental specialties, complemented by a selection of creative cocktails, mocktails, iced teas and coffees.

Relax on a bed around the pool or in an exclusive private cabana whilst enjoying the chilled out atmosphere, cool tunes and delicious menu of poolside classics, healthy bites and inviting salads. A creative line-up of handcrafted cocktails, mocktails, beers and soft drinks add to the indulgent experience.

Discreetly luxurious and designed with our guests in mind, Sun Vibe is also home to pool butlers who will cater for your every whim. From cleaning sunglasses to bringing you towels and handing out scoops of delicious avocado lime ice cream, nothing is too much trouble.
