The Metropolitan Hotel Dubai is a vibrant and refined 4 star property that occupies one of Dubai’s most central and sought-after locations alongside the Sheikh Zayed Road, making it an ideal location for visitors seeking contemporary comfort in the heart of the city. The hotel is minutes away from Al Habtoor City and the Downtown areas, Safa Park and the Canal.

Built in 1979, the original Metropolitan Hotel was famed for being one of Dubai’s first hotels and an institution in itself. ‘The Met’, as it became affectionately known, reigned as a treasured ‘home from home’ amongst local and international guests alike for over 20 years.

In 2013 the Metropolitan Hotel Dubai closed its doors to make way for Al Habtoor City – bringing with it the end of an era. An elevated and renewed Metropolitan Dubai opened in 2016, offering guests and a chance to experience a new chapter in the legacy of a hotel which sits truly in the heart of Dubai.

Don Corleone reflects Italian spirit and romance while adding authentic and traditional Italian cuisine to Dubai. With any atypical décor, the guest gave the impression of having been teleported to Rome, Milan and even Venice in one go.

Established within the original Metropolitan Hotel in 1979, The Red Lion is one of Dubai’s original pubs and a much loved institution within itself. A traditional English public house like no other in the city, serving up hearty British fare alongside live sports, music, quiz nights and a hearty dose of warm, welcoming charm from the pub landlord!

Located at the rooftop of the Metropolitan Dubai, Tropicana offers an impressive selection of drinks, dishes, shisha and snacks. The terrace is a tropical and modern getaway, that combines a relaxing ambience, breathtaking views of Burj Al Arab and Burj Khalifa, with a full menu of creative cocktails and mocktails.
