Canvas, our resort’s all-day-dining restaurant is an interactive experience with live cooking stations. A wrought-iron gate opens into a light and airy space that is a fusion of bohemian and Arabic influence, where you will discover dishes representing the boundless collection of the cultures and people of this region.

In ode to the Omani rock lobster commonly found in this region’s waters, this evening sea grill restaurant offers a daily fresh catch menu where you can indulge in local seafood prepared in creative and delicious manners. A nod to the emirate’s seafaring history, the nautical-themed restaurant also features a London-style gastro bar and a market-style display room.

A food connoisseur's paradise, Lava Beach Club's "MediterrAsian" restaurant, Lava Dining, acts as the focal culinary hub for beach and poolside diners. Guests can expect a lavish selection of meats, local seafood, and a varied assortment of salads and sushi.

Framed archways and marble inlays create pathways to an intimately sized salon with a recurring pattern of black versus white. Relax back in elegant wicker peacock chairs or plush sofas as you partake in the serene ritual of tea appreciation, whilst drinking in the inspiring art pieces enveloping the lounge. Arteasan is a gallery-style space perfectly suited for an afternoon of leisure.

Inspired by the Arabic word for water, its name (pronounced ya-mai) literally means I Am Water. A pool lounge with bar serving light bites throughout the day, and shisha from sunset, IAMMAI extends an invitation for you to stop, relax and indulge. Framed against an awe-inspiring backdrop of mountains and the wide blue Indian ocean, it is your observation point for the beauty of freedom, leisure, nature and time.

Located on the Piazza level of Fairmont Fujairah Beach Resort, Arena Sports Bar and Kitchen  is the venue for viewing live matches and sporting action whilst enjoying traditional bar favourites and delicious continental dishes.

Modelled after European-style bistros of yesteryear, the bar's interior features a blue and white tiled floor pattern, mirrored panels, wooden columns and art-deco inspired drop ceiling. Divided into two sections, the main area presents a cozy atmosphere surrounded by digital screens and where a pool table takes center stage. The dedicated high bar, located in the other section, presents the ideal locale for sporting fans. With an oversized digital screen placed high above, it allowed for riveting action whilst perched on high stools.
