Ba Restaurant and Lounge has returned to the upper ground floor level only, serving a delicious array of modern Asian cuisine, including sushi, noodles, large and small sharing plates within a sumptuous casual lounge and bar style setting, with highlights being it’s crispy duck kimchi steamed buns, tuna tacos with spicy mayo and fresh mango, its honey baked cod with pickled ginger, selection of Ramen noodles and Taiwanese braised beef noodle soup. Perfect for an evening affair, Chinese, Japanese, Taiwanese and Korean dishes will feature on its affordable menu.

Flow Kitchen presents innovative culinary classics from around the globe for day to night dining in a relaxed ambiance with panoramic views of the Dubai Marina. The daily changing buffet offers the world on a plate with traditional and contemporary dishes to suit every palate, with flavours from the Middle East, India, Asia and the Mediterranean.

An exciting dining concept is going to be launched at Fairmont The Palm. Blowfish, is an all-day ‘tongue and cheek’ casual style American dining destination that will challenge the likes of many take-away spots in the region. It will be a fun ‘instagram-able’ venue serving ‘grab and go’ dishes such as burgers, loaded hot dogs crazy colorful milkshakes and nostalgic soda ice-cream floats.

Focusing on regional Indian flavours, the restaurant and bar menu includes a selection of delectable sharing style dishes, perfect for groups of friends or family. Cooking with only the freshest of ingredients, all spice mixtures, marinades and pickles are 'house-made' by the mansion's culinary team using traditional preparation techniques.
